Ventspils mechanical engineering company Bucher Municipal SIA with more than 350 employees invites you to join fantastic team! In Ventspils production plant approximately 1,000 street cleaning machines per year are produced.

Main responsibilities:

• develop the company's corporate communication strategy (excluding sales and product marketing);
• create content for social media and other communication channels;
• promote the company's reputation by building relationships with other organizations and the local community;
• participate in projects that enhance the company's employer image;
• collaborate with colleagues at the local production site and the Bucher Group to create an excellent employee experience in ensuring information flow and promoting team spirit;
• maintain a unified style of internal communication channels: intranet, visual screens and boards at the production site, social media, employee messages;
• plan and organize events and loyalty-promoting activities for employees;
• cooperate with event agencies, service providers, artists, etc.;
• analyze employee research data, social media analytics (using Content management systems, Google Analytics, Social media insights or the like);
• prepare documentation, presentations, visual, photo, video materials within the scope of their duties;

Requirements:

• higher education (preferably in the field of communication or public relations);
• at least 3 years of practical experience in a similar position;
• well-developed language and storytelling skills in Latvian and very good knowledge of English (for cooperation with colleagues in the group in other countries);
• creativity combined with a high sense of responsibility;
• experienced user of MS tools (including Office, Teams, SharePoint), digital media and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva);
• excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• ability to effectively plan time and adapt to a changing production environment.
